結(jié)束語總之，一年來，我和科主任及全體科室醫(yī)護(hù)人員同心同德，克服困難，以醫(yī)院大局為重，不斷提高醫(yī)療護(hù)理水平，切實為病患提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的護(hù)理服務(wù)。在今后的工作中，無論從管理、服務(wù)、還是追求質(zhì)量上，我們都力爭邁上一個新臺階，認(rèn)清形勢，統(tǒng)一思想，樹個人形象，樹科室形象，樹醫(yī)院品牌，從自身做起，高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、嚴(yán)要求，樹立“院興我榮，院衰我恥”思想，轉(zhuǎn)變服務(wù)理念，強化服務(wù)意識。我們堅信，有各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)大力支持，有醫(yī)院、護(hù)理部正確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，更有全科護(hù)理人員齊心協(xié)力，我們一定完成各項工作為病區(qū)的發(fā)展，醫(yī)院的繁榮發(fā)揮更大的作用，為建設(shè)重點醫(yī)院而努力。
